MADISON, Wis. — Shell casings were found on Madison’s east side after police responded to shots fired reports Thursday night.
Police were dispatched to the area of Maher Avenue and Linda Vista Road at 8:10 p.m. According to an incident report, a black Dodge Charger and silver sedan left the area after shots were fired.
Law enforcement arrived and found numerous shell casings on the road while canvassing the neighborhood, though no injuries or property damage were reported.
Officials did not provide further details on the suspects involved.
