PHELPS, Wis. — The Wisconsin Department of Justice has issued a silver alert for an 89 year old believed to have dementia.
Fred Murphy was last seen at his home in Phelps WI, he left in his car to go pick up pizza in Iron River, MI Sunday night but did not arrive there and has not been seen yet.
A photo is not available at this time, but he weighs 170 pounds, is 5’9″, is white and has blue eyes and a white beard. He was last seen wearing black and white cameo pants and a black t-shirt.
He was driving to Iron River with his chocolate lab named spud in a 2018 blue Ford F150, with the license plate number 192851.
