MADISON, Wis. — A crash on the Beltline at Seminole Highway during rush hour led to significant traffic delays Tuesday afternoon.
Dane County dispatch says the crash happened on the eastbound lanes just after 4:20 p.m. Injuries were reported and ambulances were sent to the scene, but it’s unknown how many people were hurt.
The crash closed the right two lanes of the eastbound Beltline at Seminole Highway, leading to significant traffic backups.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the scene was cleared at about 5:10 p.m. Tuesday.
