OXFORD, Wis. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Marquette County man.
Dale Myers, 78, was last seen at a home on Elk Ave. around 5 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities said he left the home with his dog Ginger, a 12-year-old black lab.
Police describe Myers as 5 foot 6 inches tall, around 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde and gray hair. He was last seen wearing plaid pajama bottoms and a white t-shirt. He relies on a cane to walk.
Authorities said Myers drives as 2019 Honda Ridgeline with Wisconsin registered plates of GY3385. His daughter said the plates may also be Wisconsin registered 300LKJ.
Myers recently got lost while driving in the Wisconsin Dells area, according to the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office.
Family members said Myers is known to visit fast food restaurants like the Arby’s in Westfield and the Culver’s in Portage and Wisconsin Dells. Family members said Myers recently lost his son and wife and is lonely.
