MADISON, Wis. — Madison West High School’s second commencement ceremony scheduled for 4:30 p.m. was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the threat of lightning Friday.
With thunderstorms moving through the area, officials told News 3 Now the outdoor ceremony will be delayed nearly 40 minutes, but ceremonies started sooner once the storm threat had passed.
