MADISON, Wis.– Two businesses and an unoccupied car were shot early Saturday morning on W. Gilman St.
According to a report, police have arrested 26-year-old Darnell Richmond in relation to the incident. Richmond was arrested for Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
As of now, it is not believed that any person was shot.
