SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — One man was arrested for attempted homicide on West Main St. early Sunday morning.
At 3:19 a.m., police were patrolling when they heard two gunshots. Harry P. Clincy was taken into custody and arrested for first-degree attempted homicide and a parole violation.
After investigating. police found that the incident was isolated between Clincy and two other people.
Clincy is being held in the Dane County Jail.
