JANESVILLE, Wis.– One woman was critically wounded early Saturday morning on S. Ringold St.
Officers arrived in the area at 1:31 a.m. and found the woman, 58, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
She was taken to Mercy Hospital Trauma Center by the Janesville Fire Department with life-threatening injuries.
According to a report, everyone involved with the shooting has been identified and that they are cooperating with law enforcement.
Officers say the shooting was isolated, and that there are no concerns for public safety relating to it.
