OXFORD, Wis. — David Plehn is believed to have dementia and was last seen Tuesday night.
Plehn, 64, also goes by the nickname “patch” or “dude.”
He was seen walking at 6 pm in Oxford.
Plehn was last seen wearing a dark green sweatshirt with “Duluth” written on the front. He had black shorts on, black flat hat and brown sketcher shoes.
He’s approximately 6-foot and weighs 200 pounds.
