CRAWFORD COUNTY, Wis. — Emergency crews are asking drivers in Crawford County to drive with caution after flooding overnight Saturday.
According to the county’s emergency management team, some roads in the county are closed and there are also rock slides.
A Facebook post said the highway department is working to clear up the issues.
People who are trapped by water or rock slides should call 9-1-1, but people should not call dispatch asking if their travel route is open.
The National Weather Service said a flash flood warning is in effect for some areas until 9:30 a.m.
The First Warn Weather team has put an Alert Day in the forecast for Saturday as thunderstorms in our area are likely; some may have heavy rainfall, and there is an outside chance of a severe thunderstorm with high winds and hail as well.
