MADISON, Wis. — After more than a year of advocating exclusively online, a local group took their protest Saturday back to the streets.
Organizers from Safe Skies Clean Water Wisconsin led a group of about 100 protesters to Truax Field.
The demonstration was part of the group’s almost two-year long battle against the decision to bring F-35 jets to Madison.
