MADISON, Wis. Madison police are investigating an attempted homicide Monday morning.
According to a press release from the Madison Police Department, officers responded to a report of multiple shots fired just after 2 a.m. near the corner of West Gilman Street and North Henry Street.
Around the same time, a 24-year-old man arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound. The victim is expected to survive.
Police said part of the shooting was caught on city security cameras. Two vehicles could be seen on the video driving through the 200 block of West Gilman and someone inside firing a gun at a group of people.
