MADISON, Wis. One person is dead after a shooting early Monday morning in Madison.
Just before 1 a.m. Monday, police responded to a report of a shooting near a gas station on the 4500 block of Verona Road.
One person was found with a bullet wounds and was taken to the hospital.
They later died of their injuries.
Police have not released any information about possible suspects or a motive.
The incident is under investigation.
