LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Oktoberfest USA announced Tuesday that the La Crosse fest will be back in 2021 to bring Gemütlichkeit to the Coulee Region.
The fest will be Sept. 30 through Oct. 3. The decision was made to bring it back after a meeting between the Oktoberfest board and La Crosse city officials.
“We’ll have the carnival, the grounds will be open, we’ll have the Torchlight Parade and the Maple Leaf Parade. Gemütlichkeit will return to La Crosse and the air will be filled with Ein Prosits for our 60th celebration,” said the group on its Facebook page.
It also unveiled the Oktoberfest button, designed by David Sexauer.
