MADISON, Wis. — A Silver Alert was issued Sunday night for a woman who walked off from her husband at the Henry Vilas Zoo.
According to a news release, Deborah Rae Tetzlaff, 69, was last seen near the zoo’s front entrance at 2:30 p.m.
The release said she was using the public bathrooms, but then disappeared.
Tetzlaff was wearing a gold T-shirt, black pants and shoes, a gold cross necklace, and prescription glasses.
She is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds with straight blonde hair.
Anyone who sees Tetzlaff is asked to contact Madison police.
