Dubuque Police arrested 29 year old Antonio Taylor of Gary, Indiana Sunday on charges of domestic assault with injury, domestic assault, false imprisonment, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of contraband in a correctional facility and providing false identification information. A report says Taylor assaulted 27 year old Mia McIntosh of Dubuque at her residence.
