MADISON, Wis. – Calliope Ice Cream takes pride in using Wisconsin dairy products to develop, discover and explore awesome flavor combinations like Mexican Hot Chocolate, Brandy Old Fashioned and Graham Cracker.
In 2011, the company was started in the basement of the Weary Traveler Freehouse. Since then, it’s opened its first scoop shop in an Ian’s Pizza at the Garver Feed Mill on Madison’s east side.
The company serves seven original flavors and rotates four small batch flavors made on-site weekly.
