Man Dies After ATV Crash

A southwest Wisconsin man has died days after being seriously injured in an ATV crash. The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office initially reported the crash that happened on the afternoon of July 9th near Shullsburg. According to sources, one person was hospitalized in Madison with life threatening injuries following the crash along Penny Benton Road in Shullsburg Township. QueenB Radio has learned the man hurt in that crash – later identified as John Redfearn – has passed away from the injuries he sustained. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is handling the investigation into the crash.
