PORTAGE, Wis. — Interstate-39 has been closed in both directions near Portage due to a crash Friday afternoon.
The state Department of Transportation said the crash happened at 3:35 p.m. As a result, all lanes at mile marker 85 have been blocked.
Closures are expected to last for two hours. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Department has also responded to the scene.
