MADISON, Wis. — Police are investigating a shooting on Madison’s near east side that shattered the glass door of a residence.
Authorities said they were dispatched to the 1800 block of Fordem Avenue shortly after midnight Friday for what was originally believed to be a report of damaged property. Upon further investigation, police found a possible bullet hole in a closet door.
Police canvassed the area and heard form others that they heard a “loud bang.”
No injuries were reported, and no other damage was observed.
