Domestic Assault Charges Gets Dubuque Woman Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 22 year old Kayle Goarcke of Dubuque on Wednesday at her residence on charges of domestic assault and two counts of child endangerment. Reports say that Goarcke assaulted 22 year old Blake Winfrey of Dubuque outside of her residence while two children were present.
