JANESVILLE, Wis. — The Tallman Arts Festival returned to the Rock County Historical Society for its 63rd year on Sunday.
The event featured live music, a variety of food vendors, a specialty art tour, a new exhibit and children’s activities.
Attendees got to be the first to see a new travelling exhibit titled “Immigrant Journeys from South of the Border,” which was produced in partnership with Centro Hispano of Dane County.
