NORTH ST. PAUL, Wis. — A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday night for a missing 88-year-old man from central Wisconsin.
According to the Department of Justice, Patrick McNeely was last seen early Wednesday when he left his North St. Paul home.
A news release said McNeely, who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, suffers from dementia and gets confused easily.
Officials said he left his car, a tan 2012 Chevy Silverado with Minnesota plate DDD294, at home, as well as his phone and ID.
Later Wednesday morning, a news release said McNeely used his credit card at the Kwik Trip in Arbor Vitae, but he has no ties to that area and it is unclear where he may be headed.
Anyone with information should contact North St. Paul Police.
