VERONA, Wis. The Verona Area School District is adjusting its start and end times because of a lack of bus drivers.
In a letter to parents, the district said drivers will be running three loops now instead of two to get students to school.
Elementary students will now start 7:20 a.m. while middle school students will start at 8:05 a.m. and high school students will start at 8:45 a.m.
Times will be adjusted on Mondays when classes start later.
The district is encouraging parents to find alternate ways for their kids to school such as driving them, carpooling, walking or biking.
