MADISON, Wis. — A 33-year-old man was booked into the Dane County Jail on suspicion of a 7th-offense OWI after an investigation Tuesday morning.
According to an incident report, Madison police were sent to Marsh and Voges roads at around 5:30 a.m. for a report of a vehicle with someone inside that was parked in the middle of the intersection.
The investigation led to the arrest of Nevada Varese, who had allegedly been operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Officials said Varese has six prior OWI convictions.
