MADISON, Wis. — A tornado watch has been issued for multiple southern Wisconsin counties ahead of severe storms that are expected to hit large portions of the state Wednesday evening and night.
The National Weather Service issued the watch at 12:15 p.m. It will stay in effect until 8 p.m.
