JANESVILLE, Wis. — The Janesville Police Department is seeking information regarding the location of a man who reportedly stole multiple items from Walmart.
According to a criminal complaint, 29-year-old Dillon Dutcher of Janesville stole over $300 of merchandise from Walmart on August 12, including 2 canisters of pepper spray.
Police say what makes this theft unique is that Dutcher had been released from jail two days prior on August 10 after being arrested for several crimes on August 8, including burglary and criminal damage to property.
He was also arrested in June following a domestic battery incident, and in July after he attempted to break into a car wash.
