MADISON, Wis. — Authorities say a teenage girl who has been missing since leaving home late last week is believed to be in the Madison area.
A statewide endangered missing person alert was issued Friday night for 15-year-old Elexa Cooley, who police in Wood County say left her home in the small village of Arpin and was suspected to be on her way to Utah, where she lived before moving to Arpin.

Police believe she may be traveling with a person named Roby Parker. An update to the initial missing person alert says Parker was seen at the EZpawn store at 319 W. Beltline in Madison on Saturday.
Authorities say Cooley is confirmed to also be traveling with 15-year-old Tevan Bisby, who is also being reported as a missing person in Utah. Both are still believed to be in the Madison area.
Cooley is described as being approximately 5’4″ tall and weighing 115 pounds with shoulder-length blonde hair and hazel eyes. She also has both ears pierced with baby blue-colored gauges, a silver septum piercing with a black spiked tip and two tattoos — one of a mushroom on her left lower calf and one of a pentagram inside of a circle inside her right thigh.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Department believes she could possibly be traveling in a green four-door 2004 Acura MDX with Utah license plates of V512VB.
Anyone who sees Cooley or the other teens, or has information on where they may be should call the Wood County Sheriff’s Department at (715) 421-8700.
