TOWN OF DANE, Wis. A woman is dead following a crash Monday evening in the Town of Dane.
Emergency crews responded to the scene on Lodi-Springfield Road south of Kurt Road around 6:15 p.m.
According to a release from the Dane County Sheriff’s Office, a woman driving a Toyota Sienna failed to negotiate a curve and hit a pole, causing the van to roll.
The woman died at the scene. No one else was in the van.
Investigators have not said if alcohol or speed were involved.
The Dane County Medical Examiner will release the name of the woman after the family has been notified.
