COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Dane County woman last seen at her home in Cottage Grove.
Authorities are searching for Janet Lynn Pulvermacher, 65, of Cottage Grove. She is believed to have dementia or some other cogitative impairment, according to the alert.
Pulvermacher reportedly walked away from her home in Cottage Grove around 5 p.m. on Monday. She left the house in a bathrobe and was not wearing any shoes, the alert said.

She was the subject of a Silver Alert issued over the weekend, but was eventually found safe.
