MADISON, Wis. — Twelve citations were issued to University of Wisconsin-Madison students at the first Badgers’ football game of the season, according to university police.
According to a release, 10 citations were issued for underage alcohol consumption, while one citation was issued for possession of alcohol on UW Lands. One citation was also issued for obstructing an officer.
Eleven students were arrested, while 22 people, including 18 students, were ejected.
Thirty first-aid calls were made on Saturday, as the Badgers fell to Penn State 16-10.
