Suspicious Activity Complaint Results In Lafayette County Arrest

Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to East Louisa Street in Darlington for a suspicious activity complaint Monday at approximately 12:30am. As a result, 20 year old Jared Heim of Darlington was arrested for Felony Bail Jumping, Possession of THC and cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Revoked.  His passenger, 20 year old Colton Gross of Darlington was cited for Obstructing Law Enforcement. Heim was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody. The Darlington Police Department assisted at the scene.
