Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to Knoll Street in Blanchardville Thursday night at around 9pm for a domestic disturbance. 60 year old Richard Moen of Blanchardville was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Battery. Moen was taken to the Lafayette County Jail in Darlington where he was booked and later posted bond.
