Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault, Intoxication

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Jerry Harris of Dubuque at 2:33 a.m. Sunday in A.Y. McDonald Park on charges of domestic assault with injury and public intoxication. Reports state that Harris assaulted 33 year old Dandra Burgess of Dubuque.
