POYNETTE, Wis. — Multiple fire departments are responding to a structure fire northeast of Poynette.
Columbia County dispatchers said the call came in around 11:45 a.m. Authorities said the fire happened near Dunning Road and County Highway B.
According to a Facebook post from the Poynette-Dekorra Fire Department, the fire was still active as of 1:30 p.m.
Dispatchers did not immediately have information about injuries or the extent of the damage.
The Poynette-Dekorra Fire Department responded to the scene with help from the Portage, Rio and Pardeeville fire departments. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and Alliant Energy also responded.
