MADISON, Wis. — The top-ranked Wisconsin women’s hockey team scored eight unanswered goals against Bemidji State in game two following a scoreless tie on Saturday.
The Beavers scored early in the 1st period, then it was all Badgers. Of the eight goals, six came in the 2nd period. Daryl Watts also completed a hat-trick in the win. Wisconsin is now 13-0-1 on the season.
Badgers hit the road next weekend to face St. Thomas. Puck drops on Saturday at 2 p.m.
