Police Arrest Woman For Incident at Kwik Star Store

Dubuque Police arrested 70 year old Jacqueline Fullbright on Sunday at her residence on a charge of assault with injury. Reports say that Fullbright assaulted 27 year old Jordanne Stevens of Dubuque on Sunday at Kwik Star on JFK Road.
