A Lancaster man has been sentenced to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to a child pornography charge. Officials say that Jordan Powers was charged with three counts of possessing child pornography. According to a police report, Powers pled guilty to one of the counts and two others were dismissed as part of his plea. Lancaster Police say officers investigated a case in which Powers requested and received nude images from a 13-year-old girl who lives near Appleton. Upon getting a search warrant for Powers’ home, Lancaster Police discovered electronic devices containing images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Along with his three-year prison term, Powers was also sentenced to three years of extended supervision upon his release.
