The Grant County Health Department has announced that a free COVID-19 Testing site will be held on Wednesday, September 2nd at Kronshage Park in Boscobel. The testing site will be open from 10AM-5:30PM. Those wishing to be tested should follow the signs when they arrive at the site entrance located on Wisconsin Avenue. Tests in Boscobel are free of charge and involve swabbing a sample from about one inch inside of your nose. Participants do not need to be a resident of Grant County to be tested. People 5 years of age and older can get tested. However, those aged 5-17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian authorized to give consent. No appointments are necessary and each testing site is first-come, first-served. Signage will direct traffic through the sites. Those wishing to be tested are reminded that they may have to wait in line.
