A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to County Highway XX in Belmont for a one vehicle rollover accident just before 5am Thursday. 21 year old Reynaldo Toledo-Mancilla of Belmont was traveling west on County Highway XX when he lost control of his vehicle causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and roll over several times. Belmont Fire, Belmont EMS, and the Belmont Police Department assisted at the scene. Toledo-Mancilla’s vehicle was severely damaged and was towed from the scene. Toledo-Mancilla was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid Driver’s License, No Insurance and Failure to Maintain Control. No injuries were reported.
