Three Dubuque teens died in a crash early Friday. 18 year old William Wodrich IV, 17 year old Kennedy Elskamp, and 17 year old Chloe Lucas were all killed in the early morning crash. According to the Iowa State Patrol, the crash happened at about 1:20am Friday on the Northwest Arterial near its intersection with John F. Kennedy Road. A release states that Wodrich was driving south at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle, which entered a ditch, vaulted and rolled. Elskamp and Lucas were passengers in the vehicle. The crash remains under investigation.
