OREGON, Wis. — Olbrich Botanical Gardens’ 2022 Home Garden Tour kicked off Friday morning in Oregon.
Visitors will be able to check out seven rural gardens as well as a prairie restoration site in a county park. A plant native to Wisconsin as well as the insects it supports are highlighted in each garden.
Among those taking part in the event is Oregon’s village president Randy Glysch.
“As village president, it’s great that Olbrich picked the village of Oregon,” he said. “We’re glad to see people come out and tour the great gardens that we have.”
General admission tickets are $15. Olbrich members pay $13, and kids under 5 are free.
Tickets can be bought at 898 Leeward Lane in Oregon.
The event continues Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, click here.
