A Dubuque man was arrested after police said he attempted to pull a teenager out of a vehicle and later injured a Dubuque police officer. 21 year old Dante Brandenburg was arrested Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree harassment, interference with official acts with injury and violation of a no contact order. According to a report, Brandenburg attempted to pull a 15-year-old individual out of a vehicle outside Brandenburg’s residence during a disturbance. After being taken into custody, Brandenburg threatened to harm two Dubuque police officers and injured the thumb of Police Officer Kimberly Hoover.
