MADISON, Wis. — Madison Curd Fest kicks off at Breese Stevens Field Saturday, and Culver’s is joining in on the fun.
The popular restaurant chain will bring a food truck to the event, and curds won’t be the only thing on offer. For one time only, Culver’s will sell poutine. Proceeds from the meal will benefit Wisconsin FFA.
The dish features cheese curds tossed in seasoning on a bed of crinkle-cut fries with a demi-glace and cheese sauce drizzle, topped with herbs and cotija cheese.
The event lasts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
