Dubuque Man Arrested On Drug Charges and Failure To Appear in Court

Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Echo Castaneda-Mills of Dubuque Tuesday in the area of Central Avenue and East 11th Street on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of cocaine and possession of THC, as well as two warrants charging failure to appear in court.
