MADISON, Wis. — A bicyclist was injured on the UW-Madison campus Monday after a crash with a vehicle.
Madison police were called to the intersection of West Johnson Street and North Charter Street around 1:20 p.m. after the crash was reported. The bicyclist was taken to a local hospital where she was treated and later released.
According to police, an investigation found that the cyclist ran into the side of the vehicle, which had a green light at the time of the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
