MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are investigating after they said a Kia was stolen near Breese Stevens Field.
Officers were called to the 900 block of East Mifflin Street just after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday. A driver had parked their Kia Optima in the area to go to a soccer match, and when they returned the car was gone.
