Parking Lot Assault Leads To Arrest in Dubuque

Dubuque Police arrested 26 year old Shakeila Evans Sunday night on warrants charging assault with injury, second-degree harassment and failure to appear in court. A police report says Evans assaulted 50 year old George Ideman in a parking lot on June 4th.
