Aim to have new Five Flags GM hired in 3 months

City officials expect that a new permanent general manager of Five Flags Center will be hired within the next three months.  Former General Manager H.R. Cook recently departed, and Aaron Rainey currently is serving as interim general manager. Dubuque Leisure Services Manager Marie  Ware said city officials will conduct the hiring process in partnership with ASM Global, the company responsible for managing Five Flags. The Civic Center Commission will not have any input on the process.
