MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a woman Tuesday after they said a fight ended with her flipping her own vehicle.
Police said the 30-year-old suspect was involved in a fight with another woman at East Towne Mall at around 3:30 p.m. The other woman tried to leave the scene in her vehicle. Her children were in the vehicle at the time.
As the other woman was leaving, police said the suspect got into her own vehicle and chased after her, crashing into her multiple times. Police said that after repeated crashes the 30-year-old flipped her own vehicle and the other woman was able to leave the area.
She faces charges of four counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, damage to property, disorderly conduct and reckless driving.
News 3 Now is not naming the suspect at this time as part of a policy not to name people accused of crimes until they have been formally charged in court. Click here to learn more about the policy. She is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
